Founder + Principal
With 25+ years working across markets and industries from start-ups to Fortune 20s and at the city, county and state levels, I’ve been a part of the evolution of work. Change once incremental is now, ever-accelerating making human and organizational resiliency a top priority.
I saw an opportunity to merge my passion for design, research, and strategy into a more holistic approach to clients that recognizes the universal strength of a problem-solving framework while honoring the unique challenges business and organizations face through expertise and approaches built specifically for them. The belief that thriving organizations focus on thriving employees continues to ground me and inspired the creation of real estate and workplace consulting practices within two firms before stepping away to form WorkSIGHT LLC in 2020.
In addition to my work as a practitioner, I have led multiple research teams. My recent bodies of research explored the places and experiences that promote continuous learning, a known prerequisite to creativity and innovation and Generation Z in understanding the future of work. Both bodies of research engaged an academic partner and four Fortune 500 organizations located in the Silicon Valley operating in the technology and fashion industries.
My writing has appeared in publications such as Real Estate Journal, Leader, Commercial Property Executive, and others. I’ve been honored to share my knowledge at regional, national, and global conferences, including the Environmental Design Research Association (EDRA), the North American and EMEA CoreNet Global Summits, and the US Green Buildings Council (USGBC).
